Cost Item Calculators

There are two calculators that you can use to determine the cost basis for cost items. You can use the labor calculator to calculate and add the cost of fringes to the base labor cost of a labor cost items. You can use the equipment calculator to calculate and add the cost of owning, renting, or leasing equipment and for routine service, maintenance, and fuel to the base cost of an equipment cost item.

You can use a third calculator to calculate the markup percentage on any cost item.

In addition, there is a summary window for each of these calculators, which allows you to compare how the calculators are applied to different cost items within an estimate or with a catalog folder.
