Document Collaboration

Viewpoint Team™ Documents is a folder-based repository for storing, archiving, organizing, sharing, and accessing project documents – of virtually any file type – in a secure, easy-to-navigate location. The permissions granted to you when you were invited to Viewpoint Team™ control which actions you can take - create, view, edit, and/or delete.

The Documents tab is available after you select your project from the list on the home page. When you first create a project, there is a single folder under the Documents tab to seed your organization. You can add additional folders at any time to create your organizational structure.
