Respond to an Issue with Team Mobile

You can respond to an issue to send it back to the person who answered it and indicate that you need more information.

  1. From the Assigned to Me page, tap the name of the Issue to open it.
    You can also open the Issue from the project page:
    1. Tap , and then tap the name of your project.
      If your project isn't shown, tap All Projects, locate your project on the Projects page, and then tap to open it.
    2. If the Issue is listed under Recent Items, you can tap to open it. If it is not listed, tap Logs at the bottom of the page, tap Issues to view all Issues assigned to you, and then tap the Issue to open it.
      The Details tab for the Issue appears.
  2. Tap the Respond icon at the bottom of the screen.
    The Issue Response page appears and displays the name of the Issue and the contact who will receive the response.
  3. (Required) Tap in the Response field, and enter the reason you are not satisfied with the answer and what additional information you want.
  4. The Notify Recipients check box is selected by default. If you do not wish to send email notifications to all the indicated recipients, you can clear this check box.
  5. Tap Send to send your response.
