Add an Attachment to a Work Item

You can add photos or files from your mobile device to a work item (submittal, RFI, issue, form, or potential change order) in Team Mobile.

  1. From the Assigned to Me page, tap the name of the work item to open it.
    You can also open the work item from the project page:
    1. Tap , and then tap the name of your project.
      If your project isn't shown, tap All Projects, locate your project on the Projects page, and then tap to open it.
    2. If the work item is listed under Recent Items, you can tap to open it. If it is not listed, tap Logs at the bottom of the page, tap the work item type, and then tap the work item to open it.
      The Details tab for the work item appears.
  2. In your work item detail page, go to Add Attachment and select from one of the following:
    • File - Select a file from your device to add as an attachment to your work item. Search for and tap on the file you want to upload.
    • Gallery - Open your photo gallery to choose a photo to add as an attachment.
    • Photo - Access the camera on your device to take a photo.
      Note: The first time you access the camera on your device, a message appears requesting access to the camera. You must allow access in order to take photos using Team Mobile.
Your attachments display as a thumbnail in your work item detail page.
